i think ..i've said couple of times ..about how i was in love with lego bricks ....i love em...as far as i can remember ...i've been playing with lego throughout my childhood days ....till today ....and lego has play a big part in my life ...too...still remember i wont go to ...any other sections of a toy store ...when i saw i "LEGO SIGN"....yesterday ..i bought a book at boaders...and my gf bought something too...for my birthday pressie ...next week ...the titled of the book is FORBIDDEN LEGO....this book were made to get acrooss all the rules and boundaries ..of lego ....can't helped it ..but to buy it ...a bit pricey though ..but..what the heck ..its lego ...and the author Ulrik Pilegaard was a Senior Designer and Studio Manager for LEGO MINDSTORMS in Denmark and San Francisco, where he worked on projects for LEGO Technic in collaboration with the Media Lab at MIT and designed multiple models for LEGO MINDSTORMS (including R2D2)...... After LEGO, Pilegaard held the position of Manager of Design at Evolution Robotics, where he helped develop state-of-the-art robotics solutions. Since 2004, he has worked for Energy Innovations as a senior product designer....now he can produced a book ...a must have for ...a fan like me and YOU!...

tv and radio were friends before..

just switch on my office's pc...went traight to icon "firefox"...then HOTMAIL...then GMAIL...THEN GMAIL again ....YOUTUBE ..then face book ...then IM..then ...MASSANGER..then ... BLOGGER.....from all those session of clicking my mouse ...i know ...a few news along those pop up ads ...like "Jay-Z His platinum hits at the Hammerstein Ballroom"...."Valentino to quit as fashion designer last runaway in Paris".....or something like... "Death of Thatcher' play opens old wounds"....
.out of that i belive ...we are living in an age of self interruption..... those are the days when we flipped through channels while Ads interrupted our programming.... broadband, wireless and file sharing killed the radio star and all our media is served to us on a "need it now" basis...... We think we need it? We go out and get it.... we've been liberated to ignore the our senses telling us to buy, asking us to try and selling the myth of brand...... it's ironic that the new form interruption now comes from our peers.... all this crap stuff,...come in various forms of technologies and devices....why this is happening ..? maybe because of our notion of permission marketing..... Yes, it worked for a while—in fact we gave permission to brands and friends to engage us in what we thought were meaningful to us.... Permission marketing was born... and still does.

but look at how we behave in our daily routines..... step out of your body and watch yourself over your own shoulder as you work your computer, and check in with your smart phone..... we've given our friends and favorite brands permission to "interrupt" us, through e-mail, text, IM, social networks—you name it.....

it's not a bad thing. Actually, it's quite empowering.

bu to me ... you have to wonder if it's become another form of interruption....to fuck up your brain ... It's circle of interruption—we can actively pay attention, or ignore it.....-oneday-

How to be a genius

man ...i wokeup too little early today it's 5.30am ....but looking at my gf's face on ichat makes me happy ....but she's not ..she has been sick ..for a while now and she hasnt get enough sleep too though ......today ..i got to meet up with some minister..(dato seri ................) for work ....yah ...everything ready all done ..all set to go ......and i just need to be sure that i dont forget my brain...

how to be a genius ....for designers out there ...my tips to you ..

1) Have a great, or horrible, family.....(it would work on both situations ..because designers dont care)

2) Be obsessed with work...... (what designer isn’t?)

3) Have emotional or other serious problems...... (clients can do that to you)

4) Don’t strive for fame in your own lifetime....(big time ya'll)

Perhaps it’s best not to care what the world thinks,..... or what labels it gives you......, and that independence is the true seed for making great things worthy of........, someday, earning you the moniker genius.........

to focus on the making........, the thinking, the creating seems the best way,....... leaving it to the world to decide........., long after you’re gone, what value your work had.......
as long as you’re free enough to keep making and creating in ways that satisfy your own personal ambitions......, or perhaps the tastes of a handful of fans, you’re doing much better than most people on this planet are.....haha.

so ....to me ...genius aims or not, it’s good advice for living a creative life....-oneday-

First off we have a MacBook dock that conveniently looks just like an iMac....cool huh ... not much explanation is needed, you just slide the laptop into the side of the iMac and start desktoping away on the big screen....maybe away ..till it endup on your lap ...while watching tv ..ort on your bed ... the second patent deals with a quite familiar keyboard concept: OLED screens in every key..... It's not the first time an Apple patent has overlapped with a Lebedev design, but who knows how it'll go down if Apple tries to build one of these Lebedev-ish ideas -- Apple patented this keyboard concept about a year after the Maxiumus concept was first shown off.

got this book from kinokuniya klcc ....today ...i was looking at this book couple of weeks ago ...in brooklyn ..but at the time i wasn't had enough benjamins....to buy them ...finally i get to get hold of the book ..here in kuala lumpur ....why? ...why didnt i get it there ...its a little bit cheaper there ....i dont know....but the only thing i know is that ...im really small there ...compared to here ...compaired at them ...and mine ...i know im not getting it yet ...not yet ..i know the time will come .... i just dont wanna do ..something for the awards ...and choose ...what i like to design ...i love arts ...everything that has to do with it...it's just ...wireless...and im just a laptop with a wifi....

with over 500 colour illustrations the book is hard bound with rounded corners for the sketchbook look and a spot varnished cover,..... what more could you want.....if you are into street arts or graphic in general... you need to have this book in your collection.

we were back from paris right on time for christmas ,....staying at home and watching tv ....or somethimes the freaking tv watching us ...didit followed us to london ..the sale starts on boxing day ...........CRAZY

cool Paris

paris were fine ...they have this new type of transpotation..even though bicycles have been around for a long time, Paris now has bicycles for rent on every other corner...... they are basically stations where with a credit card you rent the bike and can drop it off at any other station..... Its great to stay in shape, cuts down on the pollution and the city must be making a bunch of money.....big shouts to didit ...for best AAAAA+ accomodation ...in paris ...hope he will have a show soon ..on his new clothing line... hopefully better than Louis Vuitton show on sunday in Paris ......not to forget ...mbak hani...and our maskot ...SHARK FIN
