it has been a long time since my last post, i believe it has been nothing inspiring for me to share for a while now or I've been so busy with my 9-5 job.

but something so worthy to share require a little bit more of thinking sometime time consuming, and yes, something like this is archive worthy.

750 Year Old Soy Sauce

There were stories about my great great great grandfather was a real soy sause maker but none of his children had taken the skills to learn how to make them until he pass them on to a different family to run it and that brand of soy sauce still existed till today.On my last trip to New York i brought a bottle along with me since i had to cook for my daughter, left it to the owner of the apartment that we rented from and hopefully he uses it for more kosher cooking recipes.
